Problem with ‘Printer Spooler’. No printer capability on staff machine. Tried putting in a Network Services Work Order and that was not working. Did ‘Hold Report’ but was unable to print it, pulled items anyway. There is a printer spooler fix in the procedures – did you try that? -tjs 6-24-09

I did a Network Service Order through the Brideaccess when I returned to the main library at 7:15pm.
